What is the best way to power my sign?

Depending on the size and design of your neon sign, you may receive multiple transformers to ensure it has enough power.

How do I hang my sign?

When you buy a neon sign from Neon This, we aim to make the installation process as simple as possible. Each of our LED neon signs comes with an acrylic backboard that has pre-drilled holes and screws for easy and secure mounting.

However, if you have any other installation preferences, just let us know before you place your order, and we’ll be happy to provide alternative solutions such as hanging or standing options to suit your needs.

Can I install my own neon sign?

At Neon This, we want to make sure that our neon signs are easy to install and maintain. That’s why we offer LED signs that are designed with simplicity in mind. Our plug-and-play wiring solution means that you don’t need any special expertise or professional help to get your new sign up and running.

However, if you’re considering a particularly large neon sign (180cm or larger), it may be beneficial to consult a specialist before installing it onto drywall.

Can I put my neon sign outside?

When it comes to neon signs, it’s important to make sure you have the right one for your intended use. If you’re planning on using your new LED neon sign outside or in any location where it might get wet, we recommend ordering an outdoor sign from Neon This.

Our outdoor signage range comes with an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it’s protected against contact with harmful dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes. While these signs are not suitable for underwater use, they can handle a range of outdoor conditions and will keep your neon sign looking great for years to come.

On the other hand, our standard LED neon signs are designed for indoor use only. While they can be used at outdoor events or parties for short periods of time in good weather, they are not watertight and should not be exposed to wet conditions or extreme heat or cold.
