What if my sign is damaged when it arrives?

We take great care to ensure that your neon sign arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your sign is damaged during transit, we have a process in place to resolve the issue.

Simply notify us within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to [email protected] with photos of the damage, the box, and the shipping label. We’ll work with you to ensure that you receive a replacement sign as soon as possible.

If you report the damage after the 14-day period, our general returns and refunds policy will apply.

Is there a warranty on Neon This products?

We take pride in the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a standard 24-month manufacturer warranty on all of our neon signs.

If you’d like to add an extra layer of protection, we also offer the option to purchase an extended warranty at an additional cost.
